CORE FUNCTION To design and produce marketing collateral for the company in line with the approved corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities: • Production (from conceptualization and design to meeting completion deadlines) of all company marketing documents • Ensuring 100% adherence to the Corporate Image Manual and the various sub-brands within the company, which will include, amongst others, the Annual Financial Statements (or Annual Report), brochures, newsletters, menus, profiles, etc. • Assist in production of company adverts, whether design or liaison with the advertising agency or the publication direct • Assist with the production of PowerPoint presentations • Accurate completion of administrative tasks i.e. timesheets for billing purposes, and “lending out” of laptops and projectors on a “rental basis” when required • Effective minimisation of costs • Customer satisfaction: ongoing provision of professional design service • Ongoing self development according to IDP

Requirements The Suitable incumbent must: • Have 3 - 5 years graphic design experience • Have relevant design diploma from a recognised design school or tertiary institution • Must be proficient in Apple Mac programmes e.g. in-design, illustrator, freehand, Photoshop, Macromedia and Adobe • Be proficient in MS Office - full package
