DUTIES: 1. Develop and implement an OD and OT strategy and Blue Print. 2. Research, design and customise OD interventions in accordance with SAQA requirements. 3. Support organisational strategy. 3.1 Facilitate process sessions. 3.2 Facilitate team goals and effectiveness sessions. 3.3 Consult and give recommendations in regards to OD interventions. 3.4 Deliver OD related projects. 4. Design and implement Human Resource policies and procedures. 5. Implement and maintain performance management systems. 6. Manage budget and other resources. 7. Develop and performance manage employees. 8. Manage Learning and Development Centre. 9. Design and implement a training and leadership and development strategy. 10. Ensure legislative, ICT and regulatory compliance. 11. Deliver training interventions to the management team and employees. 12. Conduct training needs analysis and report the recommendations. 13. Evaluate and assess OD interventions. 14. Support career development and succession planning strategy. 15. Implement and manage Employee surveys.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. Qualifications 1.1 Behavioural science related qualification. 1.2 ETDP or equivalent experience. 1.3 Psychology. 1.4 Organisation Development. 2. Knowledge 2.1 OD principles, theories and techniques (current OD theories and methodologies). 2.2 OB (individual, group, inter-group and organisation). 2.3 Training evaluation methodologies and approaches as well as career development methodologies. 2.4 Group Dynamics and Diversity understanding. 2.5 Needs analysis methodologies and approaches. 2.6 BCEA, EEA, LRA SDA and NQF. 2.7 Performance management and business acumen. 2.8 Research methodology and action research. 2.9 Course design and development. 2.10 Human Resource Development approach. 2.11 Survey Research and Feedback Technology.
