Software Tester  

ENVIRONMENT:
This Cape Town based company requires a Software Tester to join them on a contract basis.

DUTIES:
1. Plan, control and report the testing of applications prior to delivery to production for use.
2. Work with technical leads to resolve issues found during test.
3. Ensure designed test cases cover all project requirements within the scope.
4. Experience of Test Analyst working on large scale, preferably payment industry related, projects.
5. Structured approach to defining test scenarios/cases.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of 2 years testing experience required.
2. Experience with fuel card accounting solutions is preferable.
3. A solid understanding of payment cards, transaction processing and reporting would be beneficial.
4. An understanding of how card and transaction fees work would be advantageous to have.
