IT Support Technician  

ENVIRONMENT:
Our Client an international, integrated and independent organisation specialised in audit, accounting, tax and advisory services seek an IT Support Technician to join their team in Johannesburg.

DUTIES:
1. Hardware user support.
2. Printer user support.
3. Software user support.
4. PABX user support.
5. Perform analysis and repair of computers, computer peripherals, computer network problems and laser printers.
6. Install new personal computers, printers, Ethernet cards, software packages, upgrades of memory and hard drive systems.
7. Construct cables for computers, printers and Ethernet systems.
8. Train users on mew systems and software packages.
9. Research new equipment and software.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Min 2 years general IT / Computer experience.
2. 1 year computer repair in an IT user support role within a Microsoft environment.
3. Grade 12 with A+ and N+.
4. PC Engineering will be beneficial.
5. Previous extensive experience (5+ years in a related role will be considered).
