Our client in the financial services industry requires an experienced corporate communications manager to strategically manage and implement all aspects of the company's corporate communication plan. Key responsibilities include:-
-Develop and implement a compelling communications strategy/plan for the company. -Execute the integrated communications plan utilising different communication channels which are focused on a set of key messages aligned to the brand. -Communicate the company's policies and views on key business, regulatory and legislative issues internally and externally. -Position the company as a leader in corporate responsibility and governance. -Work with internal departments and functions to improve the company's non-financial reporting. -Strengthen and leverage the company's brand and reputation with key stakeholders. -Execute an internal employee communications plan to increase understanding of the company's vision and ultimately contribute towards ensuring strategic alignment internally. -Promote revenue and market growth initiatives across the company - communicate results clearly and understandably. -Help promote the company's products to employees, the group, broker community etc. -Develop an annual calendar of business activities and communications initiatives that are integrated and aligned with other organisational messages.
Requirements Relevant 3 year degree/diploma in communications Minimum 3 years experience in corporate communications
