Assist in the risk management company Monitor and control levels of risk that the company can take Perform periodic risk analysis on business units to ensure legal compliance and financial security Monitor all business activities from a legal and compliance perspective to ensure that the risks are being managed Provide technical support to the day-to-day running of the business units Ensure that communication channels between the various structures within the company as well as business units exist and are maintained Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the business units
Requirements Matric Relevant Degree/Diploma would be an advantage Minimum 2 years relevant work experience as a Financial Accountant/similar role PC Literate-MS Office Suite, especially Excel Knowledge of budgeting process Pastel knowledge will be an advantage Advantageous Exceptional people skills High numeracy skills Good communication skills Attention to detail Negotiation and relationship building skills are essential
