Account Management: (Clients for New Business Development Purposes):
? Servicing existing clients and New Business Development - currently servicing 4 big clients ? Liaising with clients and regular client visits ? Offering additional services and maintaining good relationships ? Conducting presentations to prospective clients ? Attending Tender briefing sessions ? Preparing tenders documents with required information and obtaining the MD's guidance and approval before submitting ? Attending weekly meetings and discussing problematic issues such as non / late payments by suppliers and working on solutions to have matter resolved timeously ? Recruitment and Selection Processes: ? Sourcing suitable candidates for any of the following positions: a) SAP - ( FI/CO, ABAP, MM, CRM, SRM) for any of our 4 SAP partners b) Business Intelligence Analysts c) Test Analysts ( Mercury, Test Director, QuickTest Pro ) d) PPM Consultants ( Position includes Change Management) e) Project Managers ( HR, SAP ) f) Project Administrators and Coordinators g) Web Developers ( VB.Net, .Net, ASP.Net, ASP, SQL 2000/2005 )
? Managing candidates and our internal database ? Receiving and reviewing job specs received from clients ( including working together with our partner on Tender 348 - SITA) ? Advertising positions on Careerjunction ? Sourcing suitable candidates from the internal database and Careerjunction ? Selection and short listing of candidates ? Setting up and conducting interviews with candidates ( including telephonic interviews) ? Screening, capturing & typing CVs' and submitting to clients as per job specification ? Conducting relevant reference checks using Trans Union and Experian ? Providing regular feedback to candidates until placement has been made at the client ? Regretting unsuccessful candidates via: telephone or e-mail ? Updating administration spreadsheet on a monthly basis - including all placements made
Client / Candidate Liaison:
? Managing contract staff employed by us while employed at the client ? Assisting contract staff with all queries ? Arranging interviews between clients and candidates ? Negotiating employment offers / rates between clients and candidates ? Preparing SLA's with and for the client ? Preparing contracts ? Preparing quotes for the client ? Renewal of existing contracts ? Administrative duties such as: a) Ensuring timeous collection and processing of timesheets b) Generating invoices and capturing information correctly before submitting to client ? Receiving Letters Of Appointment from the Client and presenting to candidate to read through and thoroughly understand and accept offer by signing it ? Reverting back to the client with the signed offer from the candidate ? Confirming candidates' appointment by means of visiting the candidate on their first day at the client's premises
