Job descriptionKey Accountabilities
- Manage entire scope of Payroll along with the payroll admistrator. By ensuring legislative compliance, payroll integrity and adherence to payroll policies and procedures, by maintaining equitable structures.
- Ensures compliance to Employment Equity Structures, legal Equity requirements, Compensation, and employee benefits.
- Ensure statutory compliance on all aspects of the business, BCEA, LRA, HAS, EEA, and general SA LAW.
- Ensure relevant LRA legislations are adhered to, enforce necessary disciplinary action, advice, chair enquiries, chair performance discussions, and manage disciplinary process whilst ensuring fairness and corrective action.
- Manage Entire scope of the recruitment process (screening, interviews, shortlisting, tests and induction) along with the HR Team.
- Reviews, plans and conducts all performance assessments and provides necessary advice to the relevant teams.
- Provides support and assistance to the HR Team in administering, new starts, withdrawals, terminations, payroll, equity, training, filing, SHE, legal processes.
- Provides continuous advice and support to the management and directorship teams on resolutions, timelines, conflict management and incidents.
- Work to continually improve processes, timelines, procedures and policies.
- Ensure all promotions, transfers, exits, appointments, reviews, are compliant and according to company procedure.
- Oversee Safety, Health and Environment of the company
- Oversee all administration for the above processes, along with the HR Team.
- Matric + Degree relevant to the field of HR
- Previous HR management experience, with sound knowledge in legislation
- Sound IR background - Essential
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be able to work on Saturdays and Overtime when required
- Responsible and Mature with presentable work attire - essential
- Own vehicle essential
- Willing to travel to branches
