Advertising Sales Support - AA

Provide sales support to sales executives in a fast paced, pressurised environment
Compile sales presentations for Account Executives:
Conduct necessary research to obtain the information
Collate information and prepare presentation in accordance with client specific category
Collate information and compile post campaign reports
Provide all necessary sales administration duties
Provide customer service and support
Handle all operational queries
Liaise with clients to obtain information or stock for contracts

Requirements
Grade 12
Relevant qualification in office management (secretarial)
2 years experience as a Personal or Executive Secretary
Fully computer literate: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Well developed communication skills
Typing speed of 45 - 50 wpm
Valid driver's license and own transport
