Business Development Administrator required for international travel company.
Duties and responsibilities includes the following:
Assist with the implementation of department short, medium and long term goals. Build and maintain key relationships within the Business Development team, suppliers and internal staff. Effectively and efficiently execute new initiatives as set out by the HOD - Business Development (Global). Conduct Business Development activities in line with the company's Code of Business Conduct. Conduct Business Development activities in line with the Business Development - Administrator's ISO processes. Gain an understanding of the clients, competitors and the industry at large, by region, in order to capitalise on opportunities and eliminate weakness. Perform any adhoc tasks, duties, and projects that are requested by the HOD - Business Development (Global). Effectively distribute all verbal and written information / correspondence in line with deadlines and objectives set out by the HOD - Business Development (Global). Uphold the corporate image at all times. Compile and prepare all presentations /tenders / profiles as requested by HOD - Business Development (Global). Ensure that all filing in the department is neat, tidy and compliant. Prepare and communicate all letters. Update the Intranet with any changes that are communicated to him/her by any Business Development staff member / Quality Assurance department, or may become available during the normal course of business. Audit monthly call reports. Prepare all paperwork for department meetings. Process all staff travel requests.

Requirements Qualification and Experience required:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative function. A high level of computer literacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work under pressure using own initiative. Must have the ability to achieve all deadlines (written/verbal) and any given targets/objectives.
