c. Ordering, distributing & reconciling of travel cash & expenses.

2. Creditors: 30%
a. Issuing Purchase Order Numbers
b. Processing Invoices
c. Reconciling accounts for payment

3. Petty Cash: 15%
a. Paying out Petty Cash and processing monthly journal entry

4. Archiving: 5%
a. Recording of files stored in the finance archive
