- Manage the process of research design, analysis of data and strategic interpretation in a purely qualitative environment. - Minimum 2 years experience in a quantitative market research agency. - Must be have previously conducted field research and focus groups - Post grad degree in marketing, Psychology or Sociology or a Masters in Research - Must have a Portfolio of previous work to support CV - Must be computer literate (good in word, excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint) - Must have excellent English writing skills and presentation skills - Must be able to speak at least 2 local Vernacular languages - Must be willing to work in the townships - Driver's license is compulsory - Must be fit and willing to travel to other provinces - Previous management of the research process including conducting of groups
