Profile of who we are looking for:
• Outgoing
• Highly persuasive
• Friendly - easy to talk to

Requirements
What they will do:
• The successful candidate will be given quotas and areas in which we require interviewers, mystery shoppers or qualitative recruiters and will be required to find people accordingly.
• They will be given a basic pay, plus commission per successful recruit.
• This will be a fixed term contract position
