Production Manager - Inkfly

Inkfly is looking for super organized, multi-tasking Production Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, hardworking, have excellent people skills and be able to cope well under pressure.

We'd also require our candidate to have strong communication skills and be client-orientated, thereby facilitating the procurement of new work. (PR background / knowledge advantageous)

As we are a relatively small studio, our Production Manager will need to be able to:

- manage our office (answer phones, buy supplies etc)
- traffic jobs (project and work flow management)
- as well as produce (take briefs, quote jobs, bill projects, attend meetings and approvals etc).

We specialize in character animation and motion design, so previous knowledge of animation would be beneficial.

As this job is very deadline driven, creative problem solving and the ability to handle delicate situations amicably are a necessity.
