The focus of this role is to manage the production of in-store decor and signage, by ensuring good quality production, adherence to deadlines and budget management.
Responsibilities include: Integrating with the Creative Managers and Merchandise Design Manager before concept sign off Managing the printing production process of all promotions Sourcing competitive quotes from printing suppliers and challenge the existing supplier base to ensure effective budget management Sourcing new suppliers to ensure newness and innovation Place orders with suppliers and develop the DI's for the suppliers as per briefs received Action the brief received from the Creative Manager by generating DI's and sourcing quotes from various suppliers Assist with ensuring correct formats are briefed pre shoot and images are received in correct format from supplier post shoot Managing the reproduction of images by placing trainees/negatives into production for scanning in, retouching, colour correction and approval of colour Producing new store opening packs by creating a detailed order form for printing of décor Ensuring accurate budget management Managing logistical activities in the implementation of visual concepts in stores
Requirements: Extensive knowledge of repro and print processes Understanding of design Strong business acumen skills and good analytical ability Good spatial orientation and visual discernment Art Direction and photography, creative ability beneficial Strong planning and organising Assertive communication and influencing ability High quality standards Results and deadline orientation
