Digital Marketing Specialist

Job descriptionIf you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our client’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels with a strong focus on strategy.
- Digital strategy - putting together a strategy inclusive of organic, paid and outbound Marketing tactics
- Building and executing paid media campaigns; paid search, content syndication and re-targeting
- Design, build and maintain social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client’s online presence and optimize user experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Work alongside our SEO specialist
RequirementsRequired technical and professional expertise
- Degree/diploma in digital marketing or marketing
- Three+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong affiliation and desire to implement ROI-driven short, mid, and long-term strategies.
- Open to a quick paced, high intensity agency environment where the industry and workplace are constantly changing.
