Job description

A leading digital marketing agency is looking for a passionate and proactive Digital Account Manager to work on a great portfolio of accounts. The Account Manager position reports directly to the Client Service Director.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various projects, accountable for client liaison, maintaining relationships with client on a client service level, campaign development and management. Management of client accounts and all facets of client service and of the delivery of agency services in an efficient and effective manner.

Administering all day-to-day client communication activities
Establish and maintain a productive communication between the client and the agency
Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at the client
Coordinate and manage all agency services to the client
Work closely with and provide support to the head of operations
Work with other departments to ascertain time estimate approval, timelines and follow the project through actual development and final deployment
Overseeing creative delivery
Understanding and interpreting of clients’ business and requirements
Identify ways of driving more revenue and sell our full range of digital services to clients
Develop a thorough understanding of the client brands integrated digital marketing communication needs within the business and the competitive landscape Preparing briefs, presenting creative concepts, identifying channel opportunities and strategies, reporting against agreed
KPI’s to ensure clients see the value in all we do for them
Assist with the setting of client KPI’s and managing the delivery and reporting of these
Identify any potential client issues and resolve and escalate as appropriate
Present competitive analysis and monthly reports, sign-off monthly and post-campaign analysis, review and analyse digital activities and opportunities
Attend client and partner agency meetings taking a key role in driving the digital agenda


Minimum of 3 year of advertising agency experience
Comprehensive understanding of online, including social media, content marketing, search marketing, digital media, website/ UX, CRM and emerging technologies is essential
Marketing or communications degree preferable
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent presentation skills
Passion for all things digital
Time and people management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Strong understanding of all things digital especially SEO and PPC
Web development and knowledge will be advantageous
