We're looking for a senior account manager who will join our dynamic client services team.

The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, have knowledge of all the latest channels, innovations and best practices and how they fit into a wider digital marketing strategy.

Reporting to the account director or head of client services, you will have responsibility across a portfolio of Jellyfish clients.

Working within a team across a range of agency disciplines, your role will be to oversee campaign output and liaise efficiently and empathetically with your clients on a regular basis. You will facilitate internal coordination of cross-channel activity to drive revenue growth for both the agency and the client.  

Key responsibility is to assist the account director in achieving client objectives, with specific relation to:
  • Understanding your clients’ business needs and priorities, empathising with their corporate structure, values and challenges, and be able to act as the ‘voice’ of your clients in relation to Jellyfish campaigns
  • Using insight into clients’ objectives, and in close collaboration with the service delivery teams
  • Creating client reports, progress reports and contact reports
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across existing client base, and liaise with Jellyfish service delivery teams to strategise proposals and SOW
  • Understand and facilitate efficient Jellyfish internal working process and liaise with relevant project manager and departmental interdependencies to ensure timeous delivery of tasks
  • Keep abreast of industry standards, new technologies, and the latest approaches in digital marketing


  • Is commercially astute – identifies and suggests opportunities to the Company Directors.
  • Proven ability to proficiently chair meetings
  • Demonstrate a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks
  • Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
  • Ability to accurately present results and deal with enquiries both internally and externally to clients
  • Produces high-quality documents, business writing skills & communication
  • Possesses strong software skills that support the delivery of high-quality client facing documents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for the digital marketing industry.
