Job description

Role purpose:

The Country Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivery of the Country Marketing plan - to meet ClearScore’s growth objectives.

 Your main purpose will be to work with the Country GM to achieve the acquisition, retention and revenue plan:
  • Manage the Country marketing programme, to deliver on our user growth targets
  • Drive insight into our CRM programmes, to deliver on our engagement goals
  • Manage local media and creative agencies as needed, to create a cohesive and focussed team
Manage all Country PR activities to achieve positive coverage for ClearScore.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver the Country marketing plan
  • Work with the global marketing team to develop the Country Marketing strategy, combining best practice and central assets with Country-specific considerations
  • Manage the execution of the agreed plan across all channels - including TV, CRM, Social, PR, PPC and SEO
  • Ensure all communications build on ClearScore’s brand principles, measured through brand awareness and perception
CRM and content
  • Building on the global communications plan, adapt the customer journey to Market requirements - encompassing channel strategy (email/push/CRM/digital advertising), targeting and content
  • Identify communications gaps and requirements, and work with central CRM and content team to develop high quality communications and editorial materials
  • Manage local campaign calendar to hit engagement and revenue plan
Reporting and analysis
  • Provide regular analysis into the effectiveness of Country Marketing activities and usage data
  • Manage the Country marketing budget to meet our Cost Per Acquisition goals
Research and insight
  • Develop and deliver research projects to provide a deep understanding of current and potential users, to drive insight into ClearScore’s product, features and communications strategy

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

The Country Marketing Manager should be educated to degree level or have an equivalent Professional Marketing qualification, as well as 4+ years experience in a relevant consumer marketing role. 

Experience working in a Country Marketing role will be very beneficial, and previous experience across different marketing disciplines (both above and below the line) is a must
