•Ensure adherence of development project plans and associated administration •General office administration •Perform various secretarial duties to maintain infrastructure •Diary management and forward planning •Source and present information in required formats •Resolve queries timeously and efficiently •Ability to draft business letters and e-mails •Assemble and collate new lease documentation and annexures •Co-ordinate and set up multi-party meetings with external and internal parties at a high level •Handle trade and development enquiries and screen calls accordingly •Make local and international travel arrangements •Keep up-to-date staff records and leave roster
Requirements Matric qualification A post matric secretarial qualification Minimum 2 years experience in a Personal Assistant role to a senior manager Knowledge of SAP is a must Must be computer literate (MS Office-Exce,PowerPoint,Word,Outlook) Typing 50 w.p.m Planning and organising skills Good communication skills (written and verbal)
