KZN & PIETERMARITZBURG. AA. Our client, a leading Property Investment Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager with managerial skills to manage and maximise the performance of directly managed properties while identifying value-adding property solutions to meet lcinet needs. Duties include managing, formulating and maintaining 5 year building strategies for each building within the portfolio, analyse performance and generate specific tactics to improve performance (incl building strategy, redevelopment, sales, leasing plan approvals to achieve required returns, etc.) Prepare and control property budgets. BDegree in business or equivalent with at least 3-4 yrs exp in property management field, with an outstanding level of technical ability in property management and a good grasp of other property service disciplines.
