We are THE global leader in the cellular content industry, and we're looking for a skilled Service Manager for a new and exciting position created as a result of our recent acquisition.
The Service Manager will provide the bridge between the Marketing/Product division and the Technical team. An appreciation of product and commercial implications will be essential, complimented with a technical understanding of how to specify, document, and configure delivery and maintenance of services.
The successful applicant will have had experience in the mobile or internet industries, working across disciplines within organisations to develop and deliver projects. Good communications skills and a dynamic approach will be invaluable in this role, as will the ability to think clearly while under pressure.
The Service Manager will be required to write clear and concise specifications and documentation, and have technical knowledge of MySQL to provide reporting analysis. Applicants will be asked to describe examples of their past experience working on existing services and launching new services to the market, and illustrate how they used their skills to drive the project to a successful conclusion.
