I have an eye for detail, and I am fully confident in my writing ability. I am passionate about crafting copy intended to captivate the reader. I am also highly proficient in the following: Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Apple Mac, Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Content Management Systems.

Experience

I have over five years experience as a journalist and a copywriter. In these positions I have completed work for print and digital mediums. My journalistic background comprises working as a property (property24) and financial (fin24 and Finweek) journalist.

As a copywriter, I have created and delivered copy-driven campaigns for all sorts of businesses, from fast-moving consumer goods and financial institutions to IT companies. What's more, my role as creative director at green shoots advertising has enabled me to gain the necessary experience to oversee the creative process from concept to delivery.

In both fields, the companies I have worked on are well known and established in their industries, many of which are listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
