Job description

Our client a leading advertising agency seeks the services of a bright PA, who can also double up doing office administration. This role is based in Centurion,  and own reliable transport is essential.

The role will entail the following:
  • Must be computer literate especially on Excel and MS Office
  • Able to do data capturing
  • Must be accurate when capturing figures
  • Able to deal with suppliers
  • Building relationships with suppliers
  • Ensuring the best prices possible are obtained through the suppliers
  • General filing, faxing, typing of documentation
  • General errands for the MD
  • Answering of phones and taking messages
  • Ensure the general smooth running of the offices
  • General paperwork and administrative duties


  • Minimum 4 years' experience
  • Must be well-spoken
  • Able to work well on your own
  • Must have own transport
