Sales Manager

The successful candidates core function is to:
Secure new business with clients regarding logistics and freight services through staff management, presentations, proposals and consulting; Identify training needs of sales staff, drafting a new budget for sales dept; Evaluating and qualifying clients, liaise with management with rights to market conditions and competitor activity.

Requirements

Skills and experience:
Five years in freight/shipping/clearing and forwarding; Matric with any sales and marketing course; Management experience; Numerically sound; Presentation skills; Degree/Diploma (any commercial) and sales and marketing courses.
