Team Leader Web Design

Achievement Awards Group, based in Westlake Business Park requires an innovative individual with the ability to lead the creative direction of the web team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this person will be able to produce state of the art designs and flash modules for web initiatives.

You will need to be a qualified web designer with at least four years experience and have all the following technical skills:
- HTML
- CSS
- Macromedia Flash
- Adobe Photoshop
- Dreamweaver

As Web Designer you will be responsible for:
- Web Design of new and ongoing sites
- Production of flash files and animation
- Participation in web initiatives
- Gaining an understanding of client needs and build a design concept to their approval
- Ensuring a high quality of work delivered on time
