New Cap Classique from Krone

Twee Jonge Gezellen Estate has released its Méthode Cap Classique in a slightly sweeter version of its classic blend, the Krone Night Nectar 2011 Demi-sec Cap Classique. Demi-sec meaning 'half dry', makes it a perfect match for richer, creamier savoury dishes such as pâté or foods that have a slight edge of sweetness to them, such as baked lemon tart. It is also delicious with red berries or blue cheese. It will be available from early September, in select liquor retailers and grocers, and will retail for approximately R110 per bottle.
