NEWSWATCH: The Bedfordview Edenvale News reports that a billboard illegally erected in 2009 has finally been removed.
The company responsible for the 20-metre wide gantry on Bedfordview's Van Buuren Road failed to adhere to a court order and will be liable to pay the costs for the removal, as well as sheriff's costs and legal costs, which all amount to approximately R500,000.
