The 2016/2017 Ask Afrika Orange Index has ranked The Boardwalk Hotel in Port Elizabeth as the number one company in its industry. The Ask Afrika Orange Index benchmarks service levels across 33 industries in the country.
The survey is considered the largest and most widely referenced service excellence yardstick as it has been tracking the history of service in SA for the past 14 years. The purpose of the survey is to create a standard for South African companies in establishing and maintaining the best-of-breed practices and in turn boost the country as a service destination.
