Curated online recruitment marketplace, OfferZen has been included in Fast Company's World's 100 Most Innovative Companies of the Year. OfferZen was placed on the Africa's top-25 list and was featured in Fast Company's December/January issue, along with the other 75 international companies that make up the top 100.
The companies included on the list were acknowledge for their innovative approach to finding practical solutions to problems facing African industry and development. OfferZen's platform has improved the recruitment process for software developers by removing the advertising process and having companies come directly to OfferZen with interview requests and upfront information about the job.
