Flavoured water goes low GI

New Seltzer Lite, available now in Mango Apple, Lemon & Lime and Cranberry Raspberry, has been specially formulated to boost overall wellness through its naturally sweet and stable prebiotic fibre, FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) - and it has less than five calories.
