Positions for senior creatives
Why are these so scarce?

Can anyone tell me why there are so few senior design positions available. I would love to change jobs, and have seriously not seen that much as being available. Is everyone out there in the same boat as me, and too afraid to quit before they've secured anything else - in effect stagnating the market?
