More news on Community Radio

I would like to request more info/news on smaller radio stations.
There always seems to be a bias towards bigger stations which is very unfortunate and one-sided. Would it be possible to make an effort and support smaller stations?

Call for smaller station news-
There has been quite a bit of news on local stations (see the Radio community), but nowhere nearly enough. Perhaps if we get the word out to them the smaller stations will start sharing their news with us more often (editor@bizcommunity.com). Posted on 5 Feb 2003 01:55

Community Radio information-
Your very best bet is to contact the NATIONAL COMMUNITY RADIO FORUM - 011-403-4336. This organisation is the "mother body" for all community stations in the country. Posted on 11 Feb 2003 14:15

NCRF-
Hi

I don't agree that NCRF is the mother body off all community radio. Look at their listings and the actual amount of community radio stations operating. Not every commmunity radio station are part of them yet.
I do think it is a good idea to get involved with them though.
