An institute that needs to learn a little CRM - Rich from the institute that advocates it!
I am a shocked student trying to get past the high renewal costs and examinations costs of completing an IMM Part time. However every time I call or have a question I get through to ill trained and ill tempered staff. Who refuse to help. They charge the earth and are not prepared to help a student with any queries they may have.
They won't reply to calls or answer emails or help in re-marking of papers. Is this the Monopoly of Marketing? If so I am a little worried as to the future of South African Marketers.
