Iyooo bathong... I can't stand Unathi. I don't understand her role in the programme.
I thought about this long and hard. At first I thought I was jealous of her..so I listen to the programme to try and get some good from it..but noooo man!! NOOOO MAN!!!

she bores the hell out of me too man! Thought i was the only one, it was even worse when she won at Metro FM music awards... I MEAN PLEASE! THAT WOMAN CANT SING HERSELF OUT OF A PAPER BAG! Glen and Unathi...are useless presenters on radio...they have no brains whatsover.Glen is a retarded idiot and Unathi...is just stupid.
I listen to fresh on 5fm...at least he can debate a topic and make going home fun

I am laughing my ass off at your guys' comments. Luckilly for me I switched off the minute they were paired together as I never saw that pairing working at all. They don't gel, they have totally different senses of humour, and seperately I think they are okay ...together hell no! Metro should get that Paul guy who used to be Unathi's saviour at Y and pair the two together - those two had chemistry. Glen needs to gracefully take a bow. SUPPORT GRANTED-
In my view, Unathi should have her own show- where she can develop and create a mark for herself as she is capable. There is a complete lack of direction, where the avenue is concerned. The three do not gel as intended...often bickering/fighting (If intended for amusement, it doesnt work.) Def not a match made for Radio. Unathi ma sista, please develop your own show! I am extremely disgusted by Glenzito's bahaviour-
Yesterday (20-01-08) around 16:40 I am tuned on the Avenue listening to Glen, Melanie and Unathi enjoying the show. But I got disgusted when Glen (the seniour dj) burp on air. I could tell it was intentional and Mel did reiterate that it was intentional cuase he would have asked for his mic to be switched off. Nonetheless he said Metro fm listeners are very understanding, we will pardon him.
Personally I think Glen's acts are very irritating and unacceptable coming from the seniour dj. He tries by all means to be funny but yesterday was totally unacceptable and not funny at the same time. As for uUnathu I do not understand why was she laughing about Glen's bad manners. Was it funny Unathi?
Least Mel comes across as a matured lady in the Avenue, please teach some manners to the two and how to spot a joke. Glen is too comfortable on his job now. Metro is for matured listeners Glen, please never do that again. Posted on 21 Jan 2009 10:12

Unathi should go back to TV show presenting-
Well ofcourse Unathi is beautiful, she's acting smart, well dressed,has a beautiful voice, which is suitable for radio, won the Metros because she works for Metro FM not because she can sing...and that radio show with Glen does not do her any justice, she should be given a chance to present her own show so we can see her abilities, or maybe she should go back to presenting (remember: CASTLE LOUD)..she can do that very well..As for Glen I dont know... Discussing JK Rowling's rise to fame from humble beginnings, Unathi did not hesitate to label her "trailer trash" because she originally (apparently) lived in a caravan. Well, I'm sorry girlfriend but where exactly do we - the bulk of your listeners COME FROM?

Glen, Unathi and Mel are leading-
I just want to state this clearly. The Avenue show is sitting in the pole position in the drive home shows list. They do work their thing up these guys, take nothing away from them.
I like to listen to Ukhozi but when these guys are around, I practically forget that there is something called Ukhozi FM.

Forget about the other stations because they are just lame jokes when it comes to their drive home shows.

To the "The Avenue", keep it up guys and I for one cannot drive well home without you. Keep the entertainment coming and you Mel and Unathi, lol, stop ganging Glen - he is strong but he suffocate sometimes ....... lol Posted on 15 Sep 2009 14:11
