Recently I was applying for a position online, and a day later I recieved the call from the recruiter. The job was advertising a junior director position, and as I felt I met the qualifications, as so the reason I applied. The lady on the other end sounded as if she was having a seriously bad day, and started crapping me out from the word go, telling me the previous company I was working for was not reputable as they did not have a webpage, and she had never heard of them . . .(so what, if that was their choice to do business) then slammed the phone down in my ear cause I was over qualified to do the junior Designer job . . I mean if you are in the recruitment business for 20 years, at least get the advertisement right (or is it just that they haven't advertised a design job before?)If she was advertising a junior designer job, why label it a Junior Art Director/designer? Why be mean to someone who is clearly not on the same impression of the situation as her? They are unprofessional!!!
