Why can't i get a job if i'm inexperienced.
What is the criteria used in selecting prospective employees?

Is it just me or what?I'm a 22 year-old female student, studying my second year law with U.N.I.S.A. and i can not get a job.I have tried going to recruitment websites and still,i can not find anything (by the way, these are just minor posts i apply for, i.e. waitron jobs, hostessing and floor assistant). I have been trying every day to send out my C.V.I have even had to change the lay out of my C.V.What i would like to know is what's the criteria employers/recruitment agencies need for inexperienced students like me?
