Salaries in the design/advertising/digital Industry - how do you know what to pay?
How do you know what to pay your staff, what is a good starting salary, when do you give a raise etc etc?

I received sometime ago a industry list of salaries, and what generally is expected. I do not have that info anymore, and would love to know where to get it. What is the maximum amount a designer can expect for instance, what do 3D animaters earn, what is a good salary, and what is considered bad?
