I hold MBA and PhD degrees in business administration, specializing in strategy, managing strategic change, organizational development and project management (both as a business development and capital investment implementation methods)

In addition to a high level of strategic management, and project and programme management expertise, I can assist with effectiveness enhancement of all the senior managerial, leadership, strategic thinking, coalition and relationship building, communication, and organizational management processes within any organisational leadership situation.

By virtue of my experience, knowledge, skills, professional temperament and personality, I could be of considerable assistance to any leadership/board/ management team whether a business, governmental, parastatal or non-profit organisation. I have strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving ability with excellent knowledge of managerial economics, budgeting, forecasting, preparing profitability analysis & financial management reports, project performance/progress evaluation reports, and preparation of executive reports and board papers.

With 18 months experience in Central East Africa, based in Uganda, and 42 months in the Arabian Gulf (based in Abu Dhabi then Dubai, UAE), I have considerable international and multi-cultural exposure and business experience.

I have wide experience in facilitating strategy formulation, development of business plans, managing strategic change, OD, leadership development, corporate governance, management development, organisational capacity development (policy, structure, systems, processes, roles & responsibilities and staffing), operations and financial management. This has been gained through working with over 200 organisations across the industry spectrum including government agencies, non-profit entities and NGOs, and business firms.

I am also able to assist with both corporate and project governance effectiveness and the training of executives in this important aspect of organizational responsibility and the oversight of programme and project delivery.
