Your tutor:

Ann-Elize Petersen graduated from UCT in 1994 with a Batchelor of Arts Degree, and then completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Media Management at the AAA School of Advertising in Cape Town.

She worked for Vodacom as a trainer and support specialist, responsible for course development and maintenance, since 1997. Her team was awarded Best International Project in Vodacom Customer Care in 2001.

Currently Ann-Elize works as a freelance writer, proofreader and author of textbooks.
