This course is for aspiring and current supervisors, managers and leaders who desire the latest information and skills on how to be effective in their role.

One's ability to effectively supervise a team is imperative to a team being successful. This course is for aspiring and current supervisors, managers and leaders who desire the latest information and skills on how to be effective in their role. This course aims to develop competencies that are essential for being an effective supervisor. It provides a firm foundation of knowledge and skills supervisors need to succeed. The competencies gained in this course focus on how to effectively work with, motivate and develop other people in the work environment. This course will assist team leaders, supervisors and managers of a customer service, office-based environment to lead, guide and mentor their team. Finally the course will prepare individuals for such positions of leaders by enabling them with the right knowledge and skills, including identifying the role of the supervisor, developing communication skills, teambuilding, learning to supervise team members and ensuring customer service.
