Copywriting is the art of translating a marketing need into a compelling message. It's about ideas as much as it is about words. And more. Copywriting encompasses everything from traditional newspaper and magazine advertising to brochures, leaflets, flyers, billboards, TV ads (not forgetting those memorable infomercials!), radio ads, email ads, web pages, promotional material, press releases, direct marketing letters, etc.

Admission requirements While some writing experience would be to your advantage, no previous advertising or marketing experience is required. You should have good basic writing skills and a good understanding of the English language. The only prerequisites are an open mind, a thirst for knowledge, and an ability to work to deadlines.
