Brand building through Web 2.0 and new media
In this two-day programme you will get a succinct overview of the 'history of today' - a brief understanding of way Web 2.0 happened, where it's at and what it means looking ahead etc.
The challenges and opportunities of this new relationship economy are enormous, but too often clouded by fear and apprehension as a result of a lack of reliable, relevant education that cuts through the hype and buzz and extracts real business value. It has become imperative that marketers, managers and advertisers learn about these trends and the fundamental ways they are impacting human behaviour at the most fundamental levels in order to capitalise upon them.
