2012 heralds the 25th staging of the Port Shepstone Lions Show, Kwazulu-Natal South Coast's premier platform for local and national trade.
Along with the hundreds of businesses and exhibitions there will be an action packed entertainment line-up filled with some of South Africa's top performers. This project is also the largest combined fundraiser and service undertaking of the Lions Club of Port Shepstone. All monies raised will be used for local Lions charities.
The show will begin with the "Lions Laugh Out Loud" a comedy evening with top South African comedian Tumi Morake and live band "Three Tonnes of Fun" on Thursday 26 of July. Thursday evenings are traditionally a corporate evening with an advert on our massive big screens included with each table booking.
Friday 27 July, we have an awesome line-up which kicks off at 16:00 in the main arena which will be turned into a "bull ring" with a short MD track. There will be MX offroad biking, freestyle biking and BMX's. This event will be acompanied by music and light. This will be followed by our traditional party night in the beer tent.
Saturday and Sunday the main arena will be, once again, filled with fun and action. Saturday night, the band "Wolfie" will open the evening followed by Dr Victor and the Rasta Rebels will perform live in the main beer tent.
On Sunday the Show will be visited by some of the stars of the famous local TV series "7de Laan" and the entertainment will continue well into the evening.
