Facilitate the learning workshop

This workshop builds professional skills in facilitating learning events and experiential activities, and in managing conflict and controversy in the classroom.

The workshop is aligned to and assessed against unit standard 117871, Facilitate the learning using a variety of given methodologies. It is structured upon a foundation of robust learning methodology, ensuring effective, memorable and enjoyable learning. The first day of the workshop is spent mastering the theory supporting facilitation; the remaining three days are all practical sessions. By the end of the workshop each delegate has developed and facilitated a standard lesson, an experiential activity and a lesson based upon controversy.

Gray Training is accredited with the ETDP SETA and awards this unit standard to successful learners.
