For project managers and those involved in projects - a hands-on, practical workshop on planning and executing a project - in an uncomplicated and simple way.

At the end of the course attendees will have gained a better understanding of:

a) Planning a project themselves
b) Assessing potential risk within the project and plan strategies to mitigate against said risk
c) Understanding the dynamics of the team, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the individual team members, and be able to manage them in such a way so as to ensure successful completion of the project.
d) Engaging with the Project Sponsor and the Project Detractors in a proactive and productive manner.
e) Rolling out the Project Plan
