If you're an aspiring storyteller with a vivid imagination whose ideas are larger than life and want to write for film of television, The Writing Studio has an exciting five Saturday afternoon workshop that will turn ideas into action.
The inspirational and motivational workshop is ideal for ANYONE with an idea for a story. If there is something or someone you want to write about this is your opportunity to turn thoughts into words.
The course turns theory into practise and ideas inside out. It explores the full dramatic or comedic potential of stories. On the final day of the workshop, on September 8, scenes from the different screenplays will be pitched, performed and filmed.
This outcome-based workshop explores the writing process, developing characters and mastering the art of plotting and structure, as well as examining the world of contemporary filmmaking and films.
