There must be open and consistent communication throughout the hierarchy to contribute to a successful crisis communication process."

About our facilitator: Jane Weaver CPRP is a seasoned communication, marketing, public relations and training professional who has worked in both the communication consulting and the corporate environment during her 17 year career. She is currently a Senior Freelance Strategic Communication Consultant. During her career she has held positions in a variety of industry sectors including commerce, courier, financial, retail and tourism.
Jane has an Honours degree (Unisa) in Counselling Psychology and a BA from Wits University in English and Psychology. Jane is immediate past chairman of the Public Relations Consultants' Chapter and is a current member of the PRISA board. She has also been re-elected as the Chairman of the PRISA Namibia committee 2011/2012. Her background in psychology combined with her experience in consulting across a range of industry sectors plays a major role when consulting to individuals and clients. This knowledge facilitates a much deeper insight into businesses and the people within them.
