What to expect
24 September - One full day of special food, music, dance and heaps of fun for the children and takes place on the top floor of the parking shed. 25-26 September - Two days of demonstrations, workshops and talks by very special people who: • are celebrated for their success, knowledge and contribution to the food and hospitality industry • are local and wish to share their expert knowledge in the food and hospitality industry • use local produce as fresh as possible and in season These events take place in stunning intimate venues in Knysna and mainy in Thesen Harbour Town
27 September - Gala dinner, a beautiful evening where the best chefs prepare a five-course meal and an artist entertains the guests.
