Managing multiple challenges at the same time!
Leading management practices refer to the 'project organisation', which is essentially running all day-to-day tasks and activities in a project manner. This course introduces delegates to the core principles of effective project management and more specifically looks at its application within a variety of organisational environments.

Upon completion of the training, delegates can be assessed according to the following unit standards for which they can receive credits provided their assessment was successful:

develop a framework for implementing projects in the organisation, receive a comprehensive reference guide.
