This two-day course will provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of effective project management.
Managing multiple challenges at the same time! Leading management practices refer to the 'project organisation', which is essentially running all day-to-day tasks and activities in a project manner. This course introduces delegates to the core principles of effective project management and more specifically looks at its application within a variety of organisational environments.
